Arched jamb heads- exterior, interior, and cased openings

We have the ability to produce custom curved, elliptical, eyebrow,and semi-circular jamb heads.  Perfectly made to be joined into your existing readily available jamb material.  We offer smooth flat jambs for interior cased openings and doors,  arched stops in S4S profiles as well as kerfed rabbeted exterior jamb heads.  We use a process of vacuum forming thin wood boards combined with bending plywood to produce most arches (while some tighter curves  require bricklaying solids and milling to shape.)  The resulting arched jamb head is perfect for finishing out elegant arched openings.  From door, to window boxes, cased openings and niches, we offer a solution to the difficult task of building arched jambs.
